Where does this store ship from?

We ship from Romania, Europe.

Do you accept international orders?

IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to some recurring unfortunate events involving some products shipped to non-EU countries (e.g. the shelves arrived completely broken to our clients) shipping outside the EU will no longer be available for the time being. Thank you for your understanding.

(Generally we ship all over the world. In case we find out that any restrictions would apply to a specific country where an order should be shipped, we will let you know an refund your money in case a payment has already been made.)

Please note that it is in your best interest to provide us with an accurate delivery address. We do not accept refunds for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. In case this should happen we will resend the order to the correct address but at the extra expense of the customer.

How do I pay for my order?

You can use your credit card or PayPal account.

For local shipments (orders delivered within Romania) we also accept the cash-on-delivery payment method. However, please note that this option is only available for local shipments so in case you chose this option for an international order it will not be accepted.

Do I need a PayPal account?

You do not need a PayPal account to complete your order as PayPal also provides for a secure system that allows you to pay with your credit card (without the need to open an account).

Do I need to set up an account on your website?

There is no need to set up an account on our website. You can also check out as a guest. However having an account would help you in case of subsequent orders as your shipping information will be filled in automatically when checking out. Having an account and choosing to receive our newsletters and promotional emails will also let you stay in touch with our latest offers and discounts. We hate spam as much as you do so we promise to only send you the coolest stuff :)

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping to EU is free for orders above EUR 150, while shipping to Romania is free for any order, no matter the value. For the rest we apply a flat rate of EUR 5 for standard shipping (via Post services) which does not offer tracking possibilities and EUR 10 for express shipping (via Courier services) which includes the possibility to track your package.

In case of heavier / larger packages (such as bicycle furniture) we only offer express shipping charged at a flat rate of EUR 15.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The products in stock are usually shipped within 1-2 days from receiving the order. However, in case of larger quantities or out of stock items it may take longer for your order to be ready for shipping.

The delivery should normally take up to 5  business days for express shipping and up to 10 business days for standard shipping, starting from the moment they are handed over to the shipper. A notification will also be sent to you in this respect. In case you have not received your package within 15 business days starting from the date that you received our shipping notification please contact us immediately and we will investigate the potential causes for delay.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

In case for any reason, you are not happy with our products you can return your order within maximum 14 days from the date they are received. However, please note that in order for the returned product/s to be eligible for a full refund they must be UNUSED and in the same condition they were supplied. In case any of the products returned show signs of usage / damage caused by improper use or installation we reserve the right to deduct a proportional amount from the full refund value.

Therefore, in order to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products ordered, you as a consumer should only handle and inspect them in the same manner as you would be allowed to do in a brick-and-mortar shop. Consequently, it is your obligation as a consumer to handle and inspect the goods with due care during the 14 days withdrawal period. Any claim made after this period expires will not be considered eligible for a refund.

IMPORTANT NOTE! Please contact us before sending any products back in order to confirm that your order is eligible for a refund and provide you with the return address. For any products returned to us for other reasons than production flaws, all transport costs will be covered by the client. We also STRONGLY recommend that you only use insured and trackable shipping services for any products returned to us. We do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged during return shipping.

Please note that it is your responsibility as a buyer to make sure that you provide accurate shipping information and that you can be found at the provided shipping address in order to collect your order. Moreover, it is your responsibility as a buyer to track your order (where tracking information is available) and notify us in a timely manner in case of any shipping issues and delays. In case an order is not collected in time and therefore returned to us, we reserve the right to either charge additional shipping costs for re-sending the order or withhold the related shipping and return costs in case a refund in requested.

Please note that you (as a customer) are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred when importing the purchased products in your home country. The prices shown in our online shop upon checkout include all costs (e.g., transport and any other taxes applicable in Romania) charged by us. However, it is not possible for us to estimate the costs (e.g., customs duties and any other taxes) that may be incurred on your side when importing our products in your country. Therefore, before placing an order in our online shop, in order to avoid any unpleasant surprises, we strongly recommend that you check with your local customs office of importation (or any other authority in this respect) what are the additional costs that may be incurred.
